Product warranty

PAR TECH Stands behind 100% of our product. If you or a customer experience issues, contact us and we will work to make it right. Typical methods include, repair, replace, or exchange. These will be determined by PAR TECH.

What is Covered?

PAR TECH customer first warranty covers defects in the product that are a result of the manufacturing process. This covers defects in materials or workmanship of the product.

The PAR TECH customer first warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product but does not cover coating degradation or wear of the product. Coatings can include but are not limited to (Anodize, Cerakote, Nitride, Oxide, DLC, ArmorLube, or any other coating applied to PAR TECH products).

What is not covered?

The PAR TECH customer first warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or malfunction of the product that is caused by any alteration, modification, improper use, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or any other negative action taken by the customer or user.

PAR TECH does not assume liability if products are used negatively or in any fashion other than the PAR TECH intended use.

PAR TECH does not warranty normal wear from use on coatings of any product.

All PAR TECH products are covered under our customer first product warranty except:

·      Hats

How long does Product Warranty last?

The PAR TECH customer first warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product but does not cover coating degradation or normal wear of the product coating or product material.

Service warranty

PAR TECH stands behind services offered. PAR TECH warranties issues directly related to PAR TECH service.

PAR TECH will only warranty services in the state that product services are delivered to customer. Any further modification or alteration of the delivered product will void PAR TECH liability.

PAR TECH will not warranty anything outside of PAR TECH related services.

Shipping

Costs of shipping the product return, repair, replacement, or exchange, are covered by PAR TECH. Shipping information must be provided by PAR TECH to customer prior to shipping physical product for PAR TECH to cover shipping. If customer ships product return, repair, replacement, or exchange prior to contacting PAR TECH, PAR TECH is not responsible for covering shipping cost.
